Made the site clear to Google
We cleaned up the page structure, titles, headings, and service facts so search engines could understand the business.
The visible Search Console points tell the story. Daily clicks went from 5 to 32. Daily impressions went from 859 to 6,629. AutomataOS built the search foundation, improved the site, and connected the follow up work so leads did not stall.
This is an anonymized case study. The Search Console, Rank Math, and Screaming Frog screenshots below are the proof.
This was not a design refresh for looks. The goal was simple. Make the business easier to find, easier to trust, and easier to contact.
The chart shows the same period from two points in time. Daily clicks rose from 5 to 32. Daily impressions rose from 859 to 6,629.

March 20 baseline pointGoogle Search Console shows 5 clicks and 859 impressions for the selected day.

June 2 growth pointGoogle Search Console shows 32 clicks and 6,629 impressions for the selected day.
More people found the business in Google. More of those searches turned into clicks. That is the kind of movement a local service site needs before calls can grow.
Before chasing rankings, we ran a full-site crawl in Screaming Frog and cleared what was holding the site back. A second crawl after the work shows the difference.

Before, 13 flagged itemsMissing security headers on every page, over-long titles and meta descriptions, images with no size attributes, and out-of-order headings.

After, 2 flags, both intentionalSecurity headers in place, titles and descriptions tightened, image dimensions set, and heading order fixed.
Why we left the last two flags alone. Good technical SEO is also knowing what not to touch.
Noindex on 2 pages. Those are the Privacy and Terms pages, meant to stay out of Google. Removing it would be the mistake.
Multiple H2 headings. Screaming Frog lists this for review, but multiple H2s are valid HTML when each section has its own heading.
The same growth in Rank Math analytics, over a single 30-day window. Every number moved in the right direction.

Rank Math, last 30 daysSearch traffic, impressions, ranking keywords, and average position, all measured inside the dashboard.
The work focused on the full local growth system. Search brought people in. The website helped them choose. Follow up kept the lead moving.
We cleaned up the page structure, titles, headings, and service facts so search engines could understand the business.
We shaped service pages around what real customers search before they call a local provider.
The site had to load fast, read cleanly, and make the next step obvious on a phone.
We used real business details, helpful answers, and trust signals instead of vague claims.
When a lead came in, the system helped reply faster and kept the conversation moving.
Search Console showed what was working. We used that data to improve pages and next steps.
What this means
Some local businesses prefer private case studies. We respect that. The chart still shows the search growth clearly.
Every number on this page comes with a screenshot from a real tool: Google Search Console, Rank Math analytics, and a Screaming Frog crawl. The business identity is hidden, but the data, dates, and totals are all visible.
No. SEO brings people to the site. The website must convert them. Follow up must happen fast. AutomataOS connects those parts into one local growth system.
Yes, if the business has real demand and a clear service area. The plan changes by city, trade, competition, and what the current site is missing.
We would check Search Console, page speed, service pages, mobile layout, call paths, and follow up. The first fix depends on where the lead flow is leaking.
